Legalizing Marijuana the Vermont Way - Recommendations for the Upcoming Marijuana Bill

The Vermont Senate Committee on Government Operations has made its recommendations for a bill to legalize marijuana. After meeting in November, these should be crafted into a bill for the Senate to look at shortly afterwards.
